Coaching is a method of achieving goals. Through dialogue, the coach can help the participant find the best way to achieve a set goal, increase performance and reveal hidden inner potential. Coaching can also have an impact on an individual’s personal attributes, such as resilience or confidence.
The coach does not provide a solution to a problem or say how to achieve success, but instead asks the right questions, prompting the participant to identify their own obstacles and find their own solutions, empowering the participant and helping them to gain useful skills for future use.
