‘I found the topics of discussion genuinely fascinating and was quite surprised by the results of the disc profiles. Not necessarily my own but seeing the categories that some of the other attendees fell in to really challenged my preconceptions of where I assumed they might sit. 

The discussion around Transactional Analysis was also really interesting. I’m a big believer in that, you can’t always control your circumstances, but you do have control over how you react to things, so getting to explore that in more detail yesterday was really useful. 

I really did take a lot away from yesterday. While I have a tendency to (over)analyse conversations and interactions, the tools and topics we looked at yesterday will help me do this in a much more constructive way.

I recognise there’s clearly a lot of time, planning and effort that goes into those sessions and yesterday’s session was excellent.’

'The feedback I have had has been overwhelming. I have you to thank and so wanted to pass it on.  

I was told that I was a 'born presenter' and that the content and structure was 'perfect' and 'really hit the spot'.  Someone incredibly senior who we do work for said that she would expect such a presentation from somebody with 20 years or so more experience as I spoke so naturally and confidently. I'll take that as there were seven presenters, all of whom were Partners, Directors, Barristers or Economists used to presenting or going on TV to provide comments.

To be honest, I don't know what came over me.  I think my performance was all down to the confidence and general familiarity with PowerPoint that you gave me during the presentation training sessions. 

I have just been booked to attend two client offices to deliver something similar to quite big teams on the back of what their bosses saw yesterday.  Thank you so much for helping me.'

'Can I just say a massive thank you for running the course, it’s hard to explain the impact it has had on myself (and others).
